What we collect
When you take one of our free checks (SaMD Traceability, Hardware Stage-Gate Readiness or SaaS Discovery-to-Delivery): your answers to the 18 questions and the questions about your team, your first and last name, work email, company, and anything you choose to write in the optional note.
When you join the Gatecast launch list: your email address only, and the page you signed up on.
We also record where you came from (campaign tags in the link and the referring website), so we know which channels work. The check never asks for confidential product details.
Why, and on what legal basis
To send you your results and to contact you about them, including a free 45-minute Readiness Check call if you book one. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time.
For the Gatecast launch list: to send you one email when Gatecast is listed on the Atlassian Marketplace, and nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Where it is stored
In Lottusa’s Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), on Google’s servers. The website itself is hosted on Vercel and stores nothing about you.
How long we keep it
12 months after you take the check, unless a client relationship starts, in which case it is kept as part of that relationship.
Gatecast launch list: until we send the launch email, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing ekasiak@lottusa.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Sharing
We never sell or share your data. Google acts as our processor for storage, email and, if you accept cookies, website analytics.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager), to understand how visitors use the site, and Google’s booking calendar set cookies. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland they load only after you accept; elsewhere Google Analytics runs unless you reject it. If you give a source when you take a check (a campaign link or “How did you first hear about us?”), we store it with your answers. We also count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. Your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage while you take a check and cleared when you close the tab.
